My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room was beautiful, large, and had everything I could possibly need, including luxurious comfy beds, a nice bathroom with a large bath and heated flooring, and added extras like Nespresso coffee with handmade gingerbread and L'Occitane toiletries. The service was top-notch, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to everything that Harrogate has to offer. The dining experience was outstanding, and the facilities were fantastic. The only downside was the hygiene oversight inside the coffee making area.

The hotel offers stunning rooms with amazing decor and some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The service was top-notch with courteous and professional staff. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center and surrounded by lovely boutiques. The dining experience was superb with high-quality food offerings.
